Customer Service Officer – Motor Insurance:

• Handle policy issuance, renewals, and endorsements
• Manage customer inquiries, quotations, and documentation
• Liaise with insurers and internal teams for policy processing
• Ensure accurate data entry and timely follow-ups
• Support claims coordination when required
