Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs other task that may be instructed by the MOD from time to time.
- Resolves immediately all identified problems during operations by reporting and collaborating with the Medical Operations Director and concerned Unit for immediate action to prevent traffic in the PEME flow and any delay in operations.
- Maintains efficiency in receiving of patients by monitoring daily operations, recommending procedures and innovations to improve PEME, and increasing customer satisfaction.
- Facilitates endorse screening and rush case patients by coordinating with the Front Desk Personnel for the batching of rush patients and coordinating with the Follow-up Reception for medical status to ensure that patients have completed their medical exam.
