Customer Service Officer    
Roster: Initial casual contract with potential to move to permanent direct with the client| Working Monday to Friday, 11.00 am to 7.00pm Onsite
Location: Northgate, QLD

  
Responsibilities:

• Mix of Customer Service & Administration duties.
• Answering and directing incoming phone calls
• Dealing with complaints regarding services and providing solutions
• Rebooking of missed services
• Monitor & respond to email in shared mailboxes
• Booking scheduled services
• Dispute resolution
• Updating services with new information

Essential Requirements:

• Experience with Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Previous call centre experience. Salesforce. (Desirable)
• Good work ethic & Self-motivated
