Job Description
We are a fast-growing roofing company focused on residential roof replacements and repairs.
We generate leads through Facebook Ads, Google, and other inbound sources and are scaling aggressively.
We're looking for a sharp, confident SDR / Appointment Setter to be the first point of contact with homeowners and book qualified roof inspections for our sales team.
If you're money-motivated, comfortable on the phone, and know how to control conversations without sounding salesy, this role is for you.
Qualify homeowners (property type, ownership, timing, issues)
Update CRM notes accurately and consistently
Experience in roofing, home services, or appointment setting is a BIG plus
Experience with CRMs, SMS, and dialers preferred
Compensation Base pay + Performance bonuses
Short sales cycle
Opportunity to grow into Senior CSR or Inside Sales
