Tilefy is looking to hire a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service / Office Operations Manager to help run the day-to-day inside operations of our business.

This is an in-office, Monday through Friday position, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer chats

Provide excellent customer service to customers, vendors, and internal team members

Process BOLs for shipments

Process UPS shipments and sample requests

Maintain internal sample library stock levels

Monitor and maintain Material Bank stock levels

Assist with job complaints and help coordinate resolutions

Support daily office operations and internal communication

Keep tasks organized and follow through on open items
