• Manage concierge desk operations, including assisting shoppers with enquiries and services
• Handle shopper management systems, mall inspections, and Lost & Found administration
• Support tenant relations by facilitating requests and distributing mall communications
• Assist in mall marketing activities, events, and promotional campaigns
• Coordinate redemption programmes (vouchers, parking, premiums, and rewards)
• Support customer reward programmes and educate tenants on voucher processes
• Collate and process tenant reimbursement and related administrative documentation
• Assist in event setup, logistics, and on‑ground support including weekends when required
