Schedule

• 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM
• SUNDAY AND ONE DAY OF THE WEEK OFF

• Ability to work well with others in a fast‑paced environment
• Outstanding dialogue and active listening skills
• Positive attitude and strong phone presence
• Follow defined business processes within the company and sponsor guidelines
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Call center or customer service experience
• Conversational English level required
