Handle customer enquiries via phone, email & WhatsApp.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, quotations, and orders.
Follow up with customers on enquiries, complaints, and service requests.
Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales support.
Update customer records and ensure proper documentation filing.
Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by management.
Job RequirementsAt least 1 year of customer service or administrative experience preferred.
Goo communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsible, positive attitude, and customer-oriented mindset.
