Manage customer enquiries professionally across online & chat channels.
Engage potential & existing customers to promote services & enhance retention.
Monitor customer activity, gather feedback & provide insights to improve engagement.
Maintain accurate records & ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Support onboarding of new customers on products, services or platforms.
Requirements
Minimum SPM or Diploma.
Fresh graduates welcome; prior customer service experience an advantage.
Proficient in spoken & written Mandarin and English.
Comfortable interacting with diverse customer groups & building relationships.
