Job Summary You will manage end-to-end order-to-cash processes using SAP, coordinate logistics, resolve order issues, and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure timely invoicing and delivery, supporting sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Execute daily order-to-cash (OTC) activities in SAP, including order entry, order confirmation, invoicing, and shipment processing to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment Monitor and resolve order blocks related to credit, pricing, and master data, escalating issues when necessary to maintain workflow Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL), warehouse teams, and local distributors to ensure timely and accurate deliveries Track open orders and shipments, proactively following up on delays, short shipments, and delivery issues to minimize disruptions Ma...
