Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the sales department.
• Manage urgent calls, emails, and customer enquiries in the absence of Sales Representatives.
• Process incoming orders by verifying pricing, discounts, product details, and inventory before generating sales orders.
• Assist walk-in customers when the marketing team is unavailable.
• Update commercial team sales revenue based on data from the accounts department.
• Follow up with key customers on after-sales matters, including service disputes and loan units, in coordination with the sales team.
• Prepare quotations for customers.

Qualifications:

• Min 2 years of experience in Sales Coordination or Customer Service roles is advantageous.
