My client, who is a leading global producer of specialty chemicals and polymer additives, is looking for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join their team.
The Role:
To provide support to Customers, External Sales Teams, OMMs, Commercial team, Operations team as and when required.
Responsibilities:
Co‑ordinate administration activities relating to the smooth running of the Customer Service base. Proactively dealing with customers with regards to all aspects of customer service including order progression, customer intimacy and looking for innovative ways to provide our customers with the most cost-effective solution.
