We have an exciting opportunity available for Full-time  Customer Service Consultant role in our pre-construction admin team at Stevie Redback Pest Control. You will be required to work from our Brendale office. This is a permanent full-time position of 38hr/week available.  Hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. 

In this role, you will be an important member of the Customer Service team, reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, where you will provide customer service and sales support to our pre-construction department.

The core responsibilities in this role include:

• Receiving inbound calls and email inquiries from Builders, Concreters etc
• Resolving customer queries quickly and accurately
• Scheduling pre-construction pest installations for customers
• Generating Form 12’s, Form 43’s and Certificates of Installation for completed works.
