Job Responsibilities

• Attend inbound calls professionally and provide information about products and services as required.
• Keep records of interactions and details of customer inquiries, complaints, and comments.
• Ensure customers’ requests are attended to accordingly.
• Liaise with the respective team to achieve quick and efficient resolution of customer issues and queries.
• Adhere to escalation procedures for handling customer concerns at all times.
• Provide excellent service to all customers at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a call centre.
• Knowledge of the medical field is an added advantage.
