Our client is a leading healthcare services provider with a large membership and client base.
Job Responsibilities
- Attend inbound calls professionally and provide information about products and services as required.
- Keep records of interactions and details of customer inquiries, complaints, and comments.
- Ensure customersโ requests are attended to accordingly.
- Liaise with the respective team to achieve quick and efficient resolution of customer issues and queries.
- Adhere to escalation procedures for handling customer concerns at all times.
- Provide excellent service to all customers at all times.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a call centre.
- Knowledge of the medical field is an added advantage.
