CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT

The selected candidate will join the Membership & Registration team and will be mainly responsible for reviewing, updating, and cleaning data within the company CRM system.

Main Responsibilities

• Review and update data within SalesForce CRM
• Identify and manage duplicates, inconsistencies and missing information
• Validate and correct administrative and account data
• Ensure database quality, accuracy and consistency
• Support administrative and customer service activities within the department
