Job Description

Vantage Automotive Limited

Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming customers upon entrance
  • Acting as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information
  • Understanding customer’s needs and directing them to sales consultant or service advisor
  • Answer the phone and make appointments, take and distribute messages or mail, and redirect calls
  • Generate showroom reports and maintain leads database
  • Provide support to marketing activities and events
  • Ensure the showroom is in pristine condition
  • Any other tasks assigned by the superior
  • Respond to complaints and find the appropriate solution

    • Requirements:

  • Preferably with at least NITEC in Service Skills or relevant discipline
  • At least 2 years of experience as a concierge or customer service ambassador
  • Candidates with Automotive industry experience is preferred
