Job Description
A reputable company is in search for Customer Service Agents. Ideal candidate must be able to handle customer queries via Social Media, Web Chat, E-mail and Phone; to educate customer on companyβs products and processes. The Customer service Agent will be responsible for daily interactions with customers across all channels.
Must ensure professionalism across all touch points and timely engagement to ensure customers are responded to almost immediately. Constantly work to make the customers happy and keep retain them on the base.
Experience and Qualification:
Must have at least 1 year call centre experience and should hold a diploma or degree certificate.
