Job Description

• Administrative processing
  • Act as the point of contact for Global Business Services (GBS) Team and auditors for CertIQ issues
  • Coordinate audits and deadline control / scheduling in CertIQ
  • Correct recording in CertIQ database / CRM
  • Attend to ad‑hoc and various client issues
  • Liaise with clients before and after audits
  • Record, review, and process invoices from auditors
  • Support GBS Team with invoicing issues
