• You will be placing orders at the customer request, ensuring they are placed accurately, and any special requirements are added to the account for the relevant colleagues to see and action
• Dealing with customer complaints at first point of contact, ensuring the customer is dealt with professionally and a suitable resolution is reached which is acceptable for both the customer and BOC will be part of your job
