About the Role

We are actively seeking experienced customer service advisors for a leading logistics provider in the Coleshill area.

Full‑time role with immediate starts available.

Outstanding facilities and office conditions, staff fun days, free parking.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and handle a high volume of inbound customer calls, including order placement, stock availability, delivery updates, complaint handling and more.
• Update the in‑house CRM system.
• Work from and consolidate Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
• Maintain a high level of service at all times, in a bright & bubbly fashion.

Qualifications

Ideally 6 months experience in a service advisor role.

Working Hours

7.5‑hour days between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Compensation

Pay: £12.74 per hour, rising to £12.87 plus additional benefits after 12 weeks.
