Responsibilities

1. Customs Brokerage Management: Develop broker directives (rules of engagement) and scorecard brokers on import/export declaration compliance.
2. Operational Compliance: Review import and export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists) for accuracy, ensuring compliance with Malaysian Customs, MITI, and other government agency regulations.
3. Classification and Valuation: Support product classification (HS Codes) and validate technical descriptions to ensure correct duty payments.
