We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Spanish Speaking Customer Service Administrator/Executive to support partner booking handling and coordination within the team. The role will focus on managing partner booking requests, resolving booking-related issues, coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers, and ensuring accurate, timely, and professional communication across all booking workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Manage, coordinate, and monitor partner booking requests from receipt through completion, ensuring all booking details are accurate and handled within agreed timelines.
β’ Act as the main coordination point between partners, internal customer service team members, suppliers, and other departments for booking-related concerns.
