About the Role

We're looking for an organised and proactive Customer Service Administrator to join our client's manufacturing business in Ireland on a permanent basis. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, managing orders, handling customer enquiries, and supporting the wider operations team — so resilience, accuracy, and a calm approach under pressure are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling inbound customer calls and providing professional, timely support
• Managing and responding to queries from a shared email inbox
• Processing sales orders accurately and ensuring production teams are updatedLiaising with internal departments such as production, dispatch, and accounts
