Position Summary

We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager who is well-spoken, relationship-driven, and thrives in a high-touch service environment. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in client handling, relationship management, and internal coordination, preferably within the healthcare, wellness, preventive health, nutrition, fitness, functional health, or allied healthcare industry.

This role requires someone who can seamlessly manage client journeys, from onboarding to ongoing engagement, while acting as the vital link between clients and our internal team of trainers, coaches, nutritionists, physiotherapists, functional health experts, exercise physiology specialists, and longevity specialists.
