Customer Relationship & Communication

  • Act as the primary focal point of communication for all assigned projects.

  • Manage customer relationships through weekly, monthly, or quarterly reviews to discuss deliveries, commitments, and account progress.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

  • Present information effectively to both internal and external executive management.

    • Project & Operations Coordination

  • Coordinate engineering, purchasing, planning, and production activities to meet customer requests.
