The Customer Outage Communications Lead’s (COCL) primary responsibilities include overseeing the Integrated Outage Communication (IOC) process, supporting cross‑organizational collaboration, and regularly communicating with customers, board and field colleagues regarding incident impact, resolution progress and customer impact.
