Job Description

At SKIDATA, we are a global leader in parking and mobility technologies – and we are looking for you as a clerk (m/f/d) in customer and order management for our sales regions Austria, Germany and Eastern Europe. If you enjoy organizing, working with numbers and processes and keeping track of everything, then this is your chance to actively contribute to the success of our customer projects.

What you'll do:

  • Processing orders: You will take customer orders and project inquiries and process them efficiently.

  • Procurement & Warehouse Management: You order goods from our headquarters or third-party suppliers and ensure lean, well-organized warehousing.

  • Create quotes & invoices: You will prepare customer offers, invoices and shipping documents – precisely and on time.

  • Check supplier invoices: You process incoming invoices promptly and ensure correct bookings.
