**Your role:**
+ Supporting the process to complete and correct the order information until the order is ready to be booked.
+ Collecting missing information from the specialists in the sales organization.
+ Updating relevant systems with actual data.
+ Creating and updating relevant reports.
+ Supporting the team in defining areas for process improvements.
**You're the right fit if:**
+ you are a student in at least 2nd year of Bachelor studies.
+ you are fluent in **English** (at least B2) **and French** (at least B1).
+ you are available to work at least 30 hours/week.
+ you have a basic knowledge of Excel
