• Provide accurate information and resolve queries regarding flights, hotels, and other travel services.
• Utilize Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre tools to process reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
• Ensure compliance with airline policies, travel regulations, and company standards.
• Document customer interactions and update CRM systems with relevant details.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations and complex travel issues.
• Meet performance targets including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience.
