We are looking for a passionate and professional Customer Experience Officer to join our Customer Experience team to serve as a one-stop touch point for customers on all Singapore Pools (SPPL) products and service related matters. Based in Singapore and reporting to the Assistant Manager, the incumbent will execute the Customer Experience initiative at retail touchpoints to provide excellent experience and servie to the customers. However, we also recognize that each individual has a unique blend of skills. Whether your strength is in sales or customer service, we want to talk to you. What You'll Do You will need to engage or assist walk-in customers at our retail sales points on SPPL's offerings and campaigns (E.g. educational campaigns or outlet closure campaigns).
