The Customer Experience Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize customer experiences throughout their journey. Your insights into accounting workflows will play a critical role in shaping our services and enhancing customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Streamline the annual close delivery process with various teams
β’ Enhance customer experiences in collaboration with Sales and Growth
β’ Create repeatable processes from onboarding to year-end renewals
β’ Identify ways to improve customer retention and expansion revenue
