Overview
Customer Experience Advisor |S1| Retail & Business Banking | Customer Interactions – part-time, permanent, branch-based role. 28 hours per week across Monday to Saturday, 8:00am – 6:00pm. Based in the Blackpool branch. Starting salary £24,000 pro-rata plus £500 annual cash allowance and up to £1,680 discretionary performance related, with a starting total package of £26,180 pro-rata (subject to benefits).
For our customers, you’ll be more than just the friendly face and voice of Santander. You’ll be a listener and problem solver, helping with transactions, technology in-branch, phone interactions and fraud protection. You’ll work in a busy, varied, multi-skilled environment and be the eyes and ears of our business.
