This role is pivotal in transforming the Life business in Iberia. Its purpose is to create and manage competitive value propositions, combining customer insight, advanced modelling, predictive analytics, agile delivery and automation.
Key Responsibilities
Design, improve and launch value propositions for Life, Protection and Savings products.
Integrate user research, customer insights and market benchmarks into product definition.
Apply customer journey mapping, Voice of Customer analysis and digital experience testing.
Define pricing strategies ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
Apply advanced actuarial modelling, machine learning and predictive modelling.
Develop dynamic pricing supported by advanced analytics and segmentation.
