Summary: As a Customer Engagement Associate , you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly, professional support from initial enquiry right through to course completion. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every delegate and employer receives the high level of service SIMIAN is known for.

Working closely with the Customer Engagement Lead and wider team, you’ll help coordinate training courses, process bookings, manage customer records, and contribute to the smooth running of our training operations.
