Job Description

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Responsible for regional quotations/ enquiry and follow up through SFDC, including assigning potential demand to regional sales team
  • Prepares and administers all commercial documentation such as formal quotation, contract and the relative agreements，and do the proper record retention
  • Coordinate with other departments to follow the customer or sales demand, ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, through the relative ERP system
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues related to products, delivery, service or others, and determines what corrective action needs to be taken
  • Goods delivery monitor and coordinate with customers to pick the goods on schedule， arrange the shipment 
  • Payment collection & credit support and monitor, assists Finance department with account receivable on cash app...
