Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team in Acacia Ridge, Brisbane on a full-time permanent basis. This role will see you utilise your previous customer service experience to build customer relationships, liaise with customers and make outgoing calls to customers to organise new jobs and build rapport to enable ongoing customer excellence.

The core responsibilities in this role include:

  • Providing support to national and key clients
  • Drawing up contracts for services offered
  • Processing purchase orders
  • Planning and booking technician jobs for smooth client service
  • Liaising with customers on a daily basis
  • Processing enquiries efficiently and pro-actively resolving client issues
  • Supporting the Customer Services, Sales and Services team, and Operations team to achieve targets and deliverables
  • Make outgoing calls to our existing client database to promote our product...
