A company in the automotive and transport industry is seeking a Customer Care Administrator / Agent to manage customer feedback, complaints, and aftersales support processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for customer follow‑ups, complaint tracking, CSI and NPS reporting, administrative support, and ensuring high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.
