The Costumer Billing Assistant will ensure the proper management and control of student accounts, guaranteeing the accurate recording of invoices and payments, the reconciliation of client balances (Account 430), and consistency between billing, collections, and due dates.

Provide clear and accurate information to students regarding their financial status, facilitating the resolution of any payment-related matters.

Additionally, support revenue management for other departments and entities within the IE Group.
