Join us as a Customer Assistant in our Colchester Club offering a 20‑hour contract which is fully flexible over 7 days, including evenings and weekends, with some shifts finishing as late as 3:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to our Customers, looking after them as if they were family.
• Build rapport and relationships with Customers.
• Perform flexible tasks across all areas of the Club, including front of house, book sales, treasury, machines, bar area, kitchen, and general housekeeping such as checking toilets and maintaining high presentation standards.
• Support with additional duties as requested by the line manager.
• Create a Safer Gambling Environment for all Customers and Colleagues across all channels—online, in‑club, and live.
