Job Description
Lead the custom framing team at Michaels and ensure high-quality solutions are delivered on time. Oversee operations, elevate team performance, and manage compliance with company standards.
As a Custom Framing Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in executing standard operating procedures and team development. Your role involves strategic planning for workload, coaching sales behaviors, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs). You’ll also manage inventory processes and participate in performance management activities to foster talent development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Store Manager in managing standard operating procedures
• Lead delivery of custom framing solutions on schedule
