• Under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of our residential facilities, buildings, and grounds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning of residential cottages, common areas, and office spaces.


• Sweep, mop, scrub, vacuum, and maintain clean floors.
• Collect and empty trash and recycling.
• Service, disinfect, and restock restrooms, showers, and lavatories.
• Dust furniture, fixtures, walls, machinery, and equipment; polish metal fixtures as needed.
