What you will be doing:

  • Motivate, inspire, and support educators to achieve a high-quality learning environment by building relationships with key stakeholders such as Training Design, ETO, and Delivery teams. Advocate for inspirational teaching, including the use of digital technologies, to positively impact learners.
  • Collaborate with training delivery teams to support continuous professional development for educators by creating lesson plans tailored to trainees' needs, learning pace, active learning, and digital technology application. Share effective practices and facilitate CPD activities to enhance educators' capability and confidence.
  • Provide curriculum and training design support to ensure inclusive learning for all students, considering differentiation, specific learning differences, and neurodiverse needs.
