Position Summary

The role will involve designing scalable learning experiences for young individuals aged 18 to 25 years, integrating life skills, employability skills, digital literacy, vocational/domain skilling, and emerging AI awareness into training programmes.

The Senior Manager will be responsible for driving curriculum strategy, content innovation, pedagogy enhancement, and integration of digital and AI-enabled learning approaches across offline, online, and blended learning ecosystems. The role requires strong expertise in vocational education and skilling frameworks, instructional design, and workforce readiness programmes aligned with industry requirements and Qualification Packs (QPs)/National Occupational Standards (NOS).
