We are looking for a fulltime Culinary Administrative Assistant to join our team at New Highmark Stadium in Buffalo, NY. As a Culinary Admin , you will support the culinary department by maintaining recipes and menu documentation, assisting with food cost tracking and inventory coordination, and helping prepare production schedules and prep materials for game days and special events .
