What you will be doing

• Prepare and deliver accurate technical quotations, product selections, and application recommendations for OEM customers.
• Provide pre‑sales and post‑sales technical support including product identification, type key interpretation, and spare parts guidance.
• Collaborate with External Sales, Key Account Managers, Engineering (CSU/SEE Production), and Project Sales to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Lead and continuously improve customer service processes, driving efficiency and quality within the CSSC unit.
