JOB PURPOSE
The Category Strategy & Planning (CSP) Lead directs the country CSP team and develops organizational capabilities to advance customer strategy and unlock new growth opportunities. This entails becoming part of the national leadership team, contributing to advancing the organisation's growth and play an integral role in cultivating its culture.

This role is overall accountable for building the in-country customer strategy and planning capabilities, as well as being responsible to develop and implement actionable, country-specific go-to-market strategies by translating Unilever’s category and brand objectives into commercial plans, channel approaches, portfolio and pricing tactics.
