We are looking for a Company Secretary (CS) Trainee to join our dynamic team!
This opportunity will provide hands-on exposure to:
Corporate secretarial work and company law compliance
Corporate governance and legal documentation
Assistance in CIRP / liquidation related assignments
Preparation and maintenance of IBC documentation and records
Drafting of notices, minutes, and related correspondence
Compliance tracking and reporting under the IBC framework
Coordination with stakeholders and professionals involved in insolvency processes
Support in preparation of reports and filings before relevant authorities
Eligibility:
Executive or Professional level student of ICSI
Good communication and drafting skills
Eager to learn and grow in corporate law and insolvency practice
Location: New Delhi
