Job Responsibilities Compliance with all safety regulations as set out in the mines policies. Investigate all incidents and accidents as per SOPs. Ensure action is taken on all deviances identified. Ensure a safety conscious working environment.

Maintenance Management: Execute maintenance work in accordance with maintenance management policy. Ensure that root cause failure analysis (RCFAs) action plans are executed within assigned deadlines. Assist subordinates with fault finding and technical analysis on machines. Advise on applicable parts and components to be replaced or re-used. Review planned maintenance work based on breakdowns and RCFAs. Ensure that workforce is adequately equipped with tools and equipment to execute the required work safely and as per OEM standards.
