Overview

We are looking for an experienced lawyer interested in contentious, crossborder bankruptcy and restructuring matters and in developing their civil litigation experience to join São Paulo team.

You will join our highly regarded global team to work on high-stakes, multinational bankruptcy and restructuring matters representing debtors, creditors, committees, and other stakeholders in insolvency-related disputes and investigations. There should be an interest in cross-border work and using bankruptcy and restructuring tools to craft unique strategies for the firm’s international asset recovery and judgment enforcement engagements. The position would not be limited to insolvency-related work but would include creditor‑debt‑or disputes both inside and outside of insolvency proceedings, as well as in civil litigation.
