Patient Population: Primarily adults, underserved, mostly ASA 3+, primarily Spanish-speaking

Cases: OB only epidurals and C-sections. Bread-and-butter cases; no hearts or transplants. GI, Neurology, GYN, IR. CRNAs responsible for their own preops and patient workups.

Care Model: 1:1 physician partner, care team model, only one CRNA on at a time
